HR Staff (HR) - Male (CIBITUNG-BEKASI)

Requirements: 

• Male with age <29.
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology from reputable university withminimum GPA 3.00.
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
• Having knowledge about the recruitment and selection, interviewing, mastering tools and interpretation of psychological tests, and personnel.
• Having knowledge of balanced scorecard, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Understand about making systems and procedures.
• Can handle work pressure, work with minimal supervision, ability, and initiative.
• Able to speak English.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office & Visio).
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung (Bekasi).
